The liquid eyeliner is classier, although harder to put on. The brush is similar to a calligraphy brush, only smaller and more complicated to use. There are a lot of available colors for eyeliners but it is not always the black one that is most flattering. Eyes outlined with dark black can appear too fake sometimes. Choose a shade that not only compliments your eye color but makes it seem that it’s noticeable yet refined.
